Shipping policy
purple secret will make every effort to post your order within 2 to 3 working days, but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. 
Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included full address details so we can notify you in the event of a delivery problem.
purple secret will send out all orders by Royal Mail - Recorded Delivery.
With proof of posting, signature on arrival and online confirmation of delivery, your delivery is easy to trace. Most First Class Recorded items should arrive within 3-4 working days although normal First Class terms apply.

Cancellation policy
Send us a message telling us you wish to cancel your order using our online contact us form.

If your order has not been despatched, we will cancel your order and refund your payment immediately.

If your order has been dispatched but not been delivered, please refuse to sign for the parcel when it arrives and it will be returned to us at no cost to you.

If your order has already been delivered, please return it (please see the returns section below for details) to:-

Returns policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email purple secret stating reason for return, please use the form provided product returns. The item or items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and unused within 30 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund or exchange - no quibbles. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Please note

 

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, we will only refund the postage costs on items that are damaged or incorrectly sent out.

  • The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery.

Refund policy
The European Consumer Protection or (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation, and it will be. We guarantee it will be refunded - within ten working days of us receiving your returned item or cancellation.
